Default A/W Axe Combo?

Greetings,
recently came back to the game after a long break. Was curious with the new skills offered with EN, and was wondering about a possible combination.

Would an Assassin/Warrior with an axe/shield combo work with

Way of the Master,
Critical Defenses,
Critical Agility,
Triple Chop (axe),
Cyclone Axe
Wild Blow,
Augury of Death.
Rez/Heal

Or any other build for that matter.

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks! =)

They call it "Way of the Warrior" now instead of "Way of the Master" for some degree.
That aside, I'd be inclined to advise you bring the Sunspear Warrior skill along too. The more PvE skills, the better. Granted, it should be used BEFORE Wild Blow or not at all though.

Honestly though... I'm not that fond of toying with the new Way of the Warrior. I'd sooner just stick with my daggers.

It's name is "Way of the Master"...

It's nice, with a scythe, you can deal crits every attack, so I kinda like it.

Personally, out of that build, I'd drop triple chop and wild blow, for Way of the Assassin, and critical eye.

Much nicer IMO.

wtb daggers... Assassin have dagger mastery for a reason people find a combo and work with it. Leave the axe to the warriors. Learn to use the daggers they are your friend.

daggers get boring, and this build needs more dismember.

Interesting; no conditions, but a lot of raw adjacent damage in that build.

The lack of conditions means that basically everything in the Protection Players line can make you half a step above irrelevant.

Augury of Death is interesting, but I can see a lot of situations where a little bit of AoE scatter can make you end up in the middle of a crowd of angry monsters - and dead shortly thereafter.
